Board of Directors

BW3 is governed by a Board of Directors that has ultimate responsibility for all policy, operational, legal and financial matters.  Members of the Board serve without compensation, formally commit themselves to exclude personal and professional self interest, and to focus solely on the long-term common good of the state in all of their work involving BW3.  At present, members of the Board include the following: (Click here to read the bios of the Board of Directors)

• Dick McGinity (Chair):  Bill Daniels Chair of Business Ethics, University of Wyoming
• Wendy Curran:  Policy Advisor, Office of Governor
• Jeff Fuller:  Principal, DOWL HKM Consulting Engineers
• Dan Kirkbride, Partner, Harding & Kirkbride Livestock Co.
• Rich Fairservis, Principal, Granite Peak Development LLC.

Staff and Operating Structure

At present, BW3’s staff consists of  consultants contracted to provide defined services in their specific areas of expertise.  Current staff members and their responsibilities are as follows:

Statewide Advisory Committee

BW3’s Statewide Advisory Committee consists of individual experts from across the state who volunteer their time to provide a range of scientific, managerial, economic, communications and fundraising insights and expertise to the Board of Directors.Members of the Statewide Advisory Committee currently include:
